Catia Trovarelli

Born in Pavia, Lombardy in 1973. After about two years she moved with her family to Perugia, Umbria. Since she was a child, painting has been her passion, so that even the teachers advised her to undertake an artistic direction for the future. For family reasons, she did not attend Art Institutes or Academies, but obtained the diploma of Fashion Designer. Being self-taught, he experimented with different techniques, until in 2008 he met the Airbrush technique. His passion is Figurative Art, Realism, trying to get as close as possible to Hyperrealism.
In 2017 he attended a course with the American artist Dru Blair.
From that moment he began to practice airbrushing full time.
The American magazine, "Airbrush the Magazine" in 2019, published a biography of him. The same, in the "Special 100 Artist", has published three other works.
Personal exhibition in Spoleto, Perugia, in 2019.
With the AIR Association, in 2020, he participated in the Bowie Next Event, in Rome, with a portrait of the artist David Bowie, organized by the RAI director, Rita Rocca.
Currently the work is exhibited at the Museum of Contemporary Art and '900 in Monsummano Terma (Pistoia).
Personal exhibition in Bevagna, Perugia in 2021.
