Jole Caleffi lives and works in Modena, Italy. Graduated from the “A. Venturi” Art Institute in Modena, where she then followed further special courses in pictorial decoration.

She subsequently obtained a degree in Art, Music and Entertainment (DAMS) at the Faculty of Letters and Philosophy of the University of Bologna. Starting from the early sixties of the twentieth century. Her artistic activity is full of events that have contributed to building a well-deserved historicity. From his figurative debut, gradually ascending to the non-figurative, Jole has always attracted the attention of critics, thanks to the intense use of color and light, distinctive means of his unique and unrepeatable artistic expression.

The artist’s originality is not only evident from his pictorial production, but with exclusive performances with a mythical and psychoanalytic content. In the 70s he joined the Mail-Art Artistic Movement with works of undisputed originality. She is currently active and operational in the Italian artistic context. His studio is located in the historic center of the city of Modena.
