Born in 1984 in Taipei, Taiwan, grown up in Taipei as well.
Yen Hui Chen, being a contemporary artist, uses her artistic practice to add colors to the
world and heal people’s hearts.
As an oil painter, she loves to capture the essence of landscapes with her unique style.
Different from some artists, she is not major in related field. She studied at National
Cheng Chi University, one of the top universities in Taiwan, major in Business
Administration and received her bachelor’s degree in 2006.
With the marketing and human resources management studying and following working
experiences, the background lay the foundation of her aesthetic and ability of capture
people’s feeling.
Now she is a member of Taiwan Oil Painting Creation Association, an organization
which is dedicated to promoting oil painting in Taiwan, join the National Classic Joint
Exhibition every year.
Her work has been recently exhibited at Venice International Art Fair and been selected
to exhibit in London’s gallery. She is also about to come to her first solo exhibition soon.
